Lori Sprague is a chief architect of the TelAffects Affect MethodSM and a long-time strategic leader of various B2B demand generation programs. She has developed and managed highly successful programs for Fidelity Investments, American Express, AT&T, AOL and Hewlett-Packard.
Since 1987, Lori has worked in the outsourced inside sales and inbound marketing industry helping companies meet their sales and marketing objectives through the use of consultative sales strategies. She began her career in direct sales and quickly moved into sales operations management. Since then, she has held numerous leadership roles including project implementation and management, quality improvement, training and development, practice management, as well as business development.
In 1991, Lori advanced into strategic executive roles, including Executive Vice President of Hancock Information Group, where she was responsible for developing the company’s demand generation business strategy and executing on its key initiatives. Most recently, Lori served as Executive Vice President of PRC with direct oversight for the business to business telesales division.
James Kraynik is a chief architect of the TelAffects Affect MethodSM and a long-time strategic leader of B2B demand generation programs of all kinds. He has developed and managed highly successful programs for Principal Financial, MetLife, eTrade, Travelers, AON, GE Capital, Marriott, CNN and AARP.
James has over 20 years of experience in product marketing, business development and sales management. Prior to TelAffects, James served as Vice President of Product and Business Development for PRC and its business to business demand generation group. He managed a group whose focus was on identifying, evaluating and implementing new technologies and tools that were designed to drive increased sales performance within PRC’s product suite. He also managed a business development team responsible for adding new clients to the company’s demand generation portfolio.
James served as Vice President of Product and Business Development for an international insurance company, as well as a new venture technology company. He oversaw all product development activities launching new products and services in the United States, Canada and Mexico. He also managed business development teams responsible for acquiring strategic partnership arrangements and developing channel distribution partners.
Phillip Hoffman is responsible for the telephony and CRM technology platforms that support the telesales operational discipline and market intelligence data management on which the TelAffects Affect MethodSM is built.
Phillip is a results-oriented IT leader with 25+ years of IT experience, having created and implemented technology for businesses in various industries including mortgage banking, investment banking, automotive finance, electronics distribution, internet services, healthcare, B2B telesales, and more. He has the proven ability to blend strong leadership with a broad technology expertise to consistently provide effective solutions that support business objectives.
Phillip has a diverse technology background building, consulting, and managing projects for application development, database design and administration, network design and integration, and infrastructure build-out and maintenance. While the bulk of his work experience is in software development as a senior programmer, application designer, database designer and development manager, he has expanded his knowledge in the fields of networking, systems integration, and data management. This broad background enables him to evaluate and effectively implement modern technologies to support and advance technology-reliant businesses.
Cheri Gillett is the driving force behind the science of sales pipeline management, a fundamental element of the TelAffects Affect MethodSM. Cheri has spent more than 28 years in the business to business outsourced sales and marketing industry, and has helped hundreds of clients meet and exceed their outlined objectives. Cheri began her career in direct sales in 1990 and quickly moved into account management, having been a key account manager for companies like American Express, Fidelity Investments, New York Life, AOL and Hewlett Packard.
Cheri’s ultimate strength in this role is utilizing market intelligence data, telesales process metrics, and telesales operational discipline, coupled with crucial leadership and communication skills, to support a fruitful partnership between her clients and the TelAffects team. This is based on a strategic use of pipeline visibility and informed by a strong sense of best practices sales strategy. Cheri’s background in and experience with inside sales and inbound marketing programs for such a wide variety of clients empowers her with a level of account management experience that is unmatched in the industry.
Tracy Addis is the keeper of the TelAffects Affect MethodSM tools and processes that find, vet and train the TelAffects team of inside sales representative and sales development representatives, and also develops the pivotal skills for achieving TelAffects levels of performance.
Tracy possesses over 14 years of experience in the area of human resource management. As Director of Human Resources for TelAffects, she oversees the office and provides a full range of human resource functions to all employees. Tracy began her career in the B2B market space and has stayed in the industry throughout.
Prior to assuming her current role at TelAffects, she held several leadership roles in the company, including senior payroll manager and manager of operations client support. Her understanding of the consultative selling environment, along with her human resource background, allows her to create a strategic partnership with the operations and executive teams to create a high-performance culture that drives results.
